At UniDrills, we aim to ensure that all students gain value from our learning programmes and content. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, we offer a fair and transparent refund policy.

Eligibility for Refund

  • Refund requests are eligible within 24 hours of purchase and only if less than 5% of the programme content has been accessed.
  • Access includes opening lessons, watching videos, downloading materials, or engaging with assessments.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Refund requests made after 24 hours of purchase or over 5% of the programme content has been accessed.
  • Learning programmes and content with a defined limited access period (e.g., test preparation access for a few days).
  • Learning programmes and content purchased under promotional discounts, unless stated otherwise.

How to Request a Refund

  • Send an email to support@unidrills.com with your purchase details.
  • Include the reason for your refund request.
  • We will respond within 3 to 5 business days with a decision or further questions.

Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, the payment will be reversed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. We may deduct processing fees depending on the payment platform used.
