UniDrills provides high-quality learning programmes for academic and career excellence.

Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests are eligible only when all of the following conditions are met:
  • The request is submitted within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Less than 5% of the programme content has been accessed.
  • The accessible content is found to not meet stated academic or technical standards.

Access includes opening lessons, watching videos, or engaging with assessments.

Non-Refundable Situations

2.1
Refund requests made after 24 hours of purchase or over 5% of the programme content has been accessed.
2.2
Learning programmes and content with a defined limited access period (e.g., test preparation access for a few days).
2.3
Learning programmes and content purchased under promotional discounts or part payments, unless stated otherwise.

How to Request a Refund

Include the reason for your refund request.

We will respond within 3 to 5 business days with a decision or further questions.

Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, the payment will be reversed through your original payment channel within 5 to 10 business days. We may deduct processing fees depending on the payment platform used.
